MX is back in KL!!
-what a tiring flight-
arrived at Bristol International Airport on 16th Dec 2008 at nearly 1pm due to flight delay
-weather was really bad : foggy-
waited at the airport from then, till 430pm
-elaine jw and aston left at that time, so i went in-
supposedly to board the plane at 455pm but due to the bad weather, flight delayed AGAIN!
ended up waited till 540pm and boarded the plane at around 6pm and headed off to Amsterdam
I was worried as my connecting flight departs at 845pm (Amsterdam time)
the last time i checked my watch, it was 615pm (UK time)
-when the plane departed-
Captain said it would take 1hr to reach Amsterdam
Calculated the time difference
6.15 + 1.oo = 7.15 + 1.oo = 8.15pm
Means. I would be arriving at Amsterdam at 8.15pm
815pm = not exact = leave room for slight delays and landing time
estimated time for me to officially step into the airport = 8.30pm
1 hr was really long at that time
constantly checked my watch to make sure i could make it for the next flight
was realllllllllly worried!!!
waited
waited
waited
and
waited
and
FINALLY!!
captain announced : Cabin Crew prepare for landing!!
WAS Uber excited!!
once the plane landed
straight grabbed my heavy lappy bag and handbag
couldnt wait to get down the plane
rushed into the bus
and headed off to the airport
once i stepped into the airport
i literally ran to gate F9
-it was FAR!!! very far!!-
HAD TO RUN!!
only 25mins left!!
i dont want to stay in amsterdam all alone, with no money and not familiar with the place
continued running with heels =.=
but managed to reach the gate on time
approximately 5 mins remaining
but then
the system cancelled my details!
damit!!
due to the flight delay they pre-booked me on another flight!!
which means
they had to re-register me for the currrent flight
the lady asked if i would like to make it for this flight or the next day's flight
obvi i want the current flight
but then, my luggage would not be able to make it on time
if i want to wait for it, i would have to stay over at amsterdam for a night
but the flight company would compensate my stay and other expenses
-tempted tho-
but
NO!!
i aint gonna stay after running in heels just to catch the flight
luggage?
screw it!!
deliver to me then!!
haha
there i was on the plane heading back to KL!
11 hrs on the plane
slept the whole journey
was too tired
too exhausted from PARiS and all the running
woke up at 7am (UK time) = 3pm (Msia time)
which means
45mins more to go!
hahahaha
excited
cant wait!!!!!
i had no idea what i did
but i managed to stay up for 45 mins
not doing anyhthing
FInally!!

at that point i didnt even bother to think if my luggage was safe
i just wanted to get out of the airport and head home
but had to make a report before i leave the airport
left immigration
bumped into a friend
-who was on the same flight-
and headed off to lodge the report of my missing baggage
then
looked for the exit
and there i was!!
at the arrival hall
phone died
couldnt make any phone calls
so had to wait
waited
waited
and
waited
IT WAS HOT!!
very very hot!!
but then
i saw my dad at the counter
asking bout reporting lost baggage
told him i've already made the report
and yea!!
headed home then!!
hehehehe. ..
was happy to c the familiar faces
called mummy
-she couldnt make it to the airport, had to work-
hehehe. ..
excited to hear her voice
she seems uber happy tho
called grandma-s
called baby!
heehhe..
baby was sick
cant wait to c him
went home
da-pao-ed food
first food back in msia

couldnt think of anything atm
reached home
my doggie couldnt recognise me
maybe she was merajuk-ing?
i dont know
but she didnt seem to bother me

and off to dinner at Pantai Seafood

I MISS!!
never really ahd proper seafood at UK
fish wasnt fresh
seafood wasnt proper
eeeee....
dinner was great!!
had fish, pork, prawn, vege and tofu!!
awwww... missed those dishes..

after dinenr went to aunt's place to visit my cousin who just had a nose operation
aunties saw me and said i look the same
except my face, a little meaty
ahahhaahah
but daddy and mummy said i gained alot =.=
ahhh
not gonna debate on whether i gained or not
cuz i know i gained =.=
but everyone says i look better now

yday went PASAR MALAM at SS2, Chao Yang
haahah. . i missed night markets!!
the first thing i had was DragonFruit juice with HoneyDew!!
ahahha. .
i missed that guy's stall

he even finally said that the whole family is out

but one thing i realised

maybe cuz im used to speed-walking in UK
but
yeahhh
need to slow down a little
but it annoys me

as for today
went out with Chee Hoe
had lunch at Kim Gary
usually would avoid Kim Gary
but i missed Asian Food
so no harm going there for lunch
didnt know what to order at first
wnated to order the Spicy Noodle or Cheese Baked Rice
but portion real big
so decided to order fried Spaghetti
sien-nessss
but i had my Longan Aloe Vera!!

tonight's dinner
still wondering where to eat
but it's daddy and mummy's anniversary
ehehhe...
happy 20th anniversary
which is why i chose to come back so early
heeh
to celebrate 4 occasions
19th Dec - dad and mum's anniversary
20th dec - bro's birthday
21st dec - baby's birthday and a reunion thingy where we eat "tang yuen"
haahahah
den upcoming plans
22nd Dec - 5 Lambda 2005 Class Gathering at my place
23rd Dec - HK trip
27th Dec - back from HK

but then i have loads of assingments to do
need to study for jan assessment
and constantly update my supervisor on my assignemnt
and start my CRTP assignment
